  thank you so much for your help.

  ok the person i want to make a contributor is not on the user list even though when you go to the “Invite New Users to Your Private Blog” page he is marked as “Accepted”

  so i don’t have the option you suggested above

  As a work around i deleted the visitors and re-invited them as contributors but this not good solution

  do you know how to do this the right way ?

  I’m sorry the instructions I pointed to did not do the job. Please reeport this issue to Staff when they reactivate the support link 8am Pacific Time on Monday, March 12th.
