Can you tell me my renewal registration cost?

    I am NEW to the domain & website business world. I received a letter in the mail from Domain Registry of America alerting me to my upcoming expiration of my domain & they were asking me to renew. I thought this was the company I originally opened my domain under, so I sent in a payment via company check for a 2-year renewal. Then I got an email asking me to contact you to give me my EPP key & remove the “lock” status on my domain name. It was then that i realized this was a different company than I originated my domain name with. I would like to remain with you, but I DO want to compare the cost, as I am a new business & have to penny-pinch right now. Domain Registry of America cost me $60 for a 2-year renewal contract. If you can do same or better, I will remain with WordPress. Please reply ASAP.

    Hi there,

    Domain Registry of America has been around for awhile and unfortunately, the emails/mail you are receiving and the fee you have paid are not come from us. It has been known that this company is trying to get you to transfer your domain to them or take control of the domain.

    Please note your domain is registered through us and can only be renewed through us via your Store > My Upgrades page. You will see that you paid $18 for the domain 9 months ago and it costs $18/year for renewals, which again must be done on your Store > My Upgrades page.

    Please try to see if you can get your money back.
