Can you transfer domain mapping from one blog to another?

  I redid my organization’s site and created a new blog to do it. Can I transfer the domain mapping I purchased to the new site, or am I stuck purchasing new domain mapping?

  Hi!

  There are two issues here. First, the account you’re currently writing from (88library) is not the owner of the domain mapping upgrade for nycsla.com. I’m sorry I should’ve noticed that before. The request to move the upgrade must come from the upgrade owner.

  Second, the owner of the upgrade is not a user on the blog nycsla2.wordpress.com.

  Can you do the following?

  1. Invite the owner of the upgrade to be a user on nycsla2.wordprss.com?

  2. Ask the current owner of the upgrade to submit a request asking for the transfer?

  I am confused, because I am pretty sure I purchased the most recent round of domain mapping for the site on my credit card.

  I would like to confirm some information with you that I am uncomfortable posting on a public board – is there a way we can move the conversation to email?

  You may have been purchased on your credit card, but if it was purchased under another user account, the upgrade is still associated with that user account. Does that make sense?
