Can you transfer my subscribers to wordpress.org?

  Can you transfer my over 1400 subscribers to wordpress.org for me? My blog is susanparadis.wordpress.com and my new wordpress.org blog is at susanparadis.com/wp_susan which will be pointed at susanparadis.com
  I have jet pack installed and subscriber plug activated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
