Can you transfer subscribers?
-
I need to have my subscribers from craftymeggy.wordpress.com blog transfered to my new self hosted .org blog (craftymeggy.com).
-
Can you transfer followers from bloglovin’ to my new self hosted .org blog as well or will those followers have to refollow me on the new blog?

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
Also just a heads-up that you might want to think about setting up a Site Redirect for your site at http://craftymeggy.wordpress.com/ to send folks automatically to your new domain, otherwise people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

You might ask bloglovin’ if they have a way at their end to do a transfer – it’s not something we’d be able to take care of for you.
Best of luck with your self-hosted site!

I was just editing my sidebar and noticed that only half of my email subscribers were transfered over. On my wordpress.com blog it had 248 total subscribers and on the .org blog I only have 112. Is there something more on your end needing to be done?
Thanks!

Hi meganblethen,
Our records show that you had 61 WP.com Subscribers and 29 email subscribers, all of which should have been transferred over. The rest of your followers are on Facebook and Twitter, which should appear once you have connected those services to your new site.
