  Hi,

  I can’t figure out what type of file I need or how to import my iWeb blog: uwanawhat.com with RSS FEED actually at http://www.uwanawhat.com/Fashion_Blog/rss.xml by removing the /uwanawhat/ directory.

  I heard you can import it? Please try and help me, I really appreciate it- my hosting runs out on 25th and I want to move my blog to wordpress with my URL.

  Hi Perry,

  WordPress.com supports imports from many other platforms. However, at this time we do not support importing via an RSS feed. You’ll find a list of supported platforms here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  You may have luck converting your site into one of the acceptable platforms. If you are able to do this you’ll be able to use the importer for that service to pull in your blog.

  Alternatively, you can import the RSS feed into a self-hosted WordPress site instead of using WordPress.com. For more on WordPress.com vs WordPress.org (self-hosted) see this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t wish to use a self-hosted WordPress site you can import the blog from the self-hosted site to WordPress.com once you have the content into WordPress.
