can you try out a theme?

It has been a while since I have worked on my blog and I was thinking of buying a new theme. As I recall, I used to be able to try out a theme on my blog before purchasing it. Is that not the case anymore? When I click on ‘Demo’, I just get a demo of the theme as it is, not with my blog content.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can see what a theme will be like with your site’s content using Preview:
To get the Preview option though, you’ll need to search for Themes in the /wp-admin/ dashboard of your site:

Oh yeah!! That’s where I had done that. Guess if I didn’t take a year break between posts I wouldn’t have forgotten how to do that :).
