Can you upgrade plan and change existing domain name?

  If I were to upgrade to Premium (strongly considering) does that mean I can change the domain name of my existing blog or just that I can use custom domain names in the future?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  With the Premium plan you get a free domain name to use on your website, or map and existing domain that you own already.
