can you use html in the sidebar text widget title?

  Greetings! I’m trying to use the text / html sidebar TITLE without luck. Here is the code I was using. Link text Is code simply not allowed in the title, or can you recommend a different line of code? Whenever I try it, the code gets stripped. Thanks!

  Haha, that code is obviously right. It was the simplest code for linking and it worked in the body of the text but not in the title. Any work-arounds? Thanks a million! :)
