Can you use php in WordPress.com blogs?
-
Hello,
I did a quick search on php use in wordpress, and pretty much every one asking had a self-hosted blog and was on the wrong forum. My question is, is it possible to use php on wordpress.com sites? If so, how?
More detailed, I’d like to include some dynamic content from from another site I’ve done, and php would be the easiest way to do that. Thanks!

Thanks thesacredpath.
So then, besides hosting the blog myself, are there any ways around this? I appreciate the quick response :)

That’s a great idea :)
My blog is about starting a brewery. I have a random site – http://www.beertranslated.com – and I’d love to pull a random translation from that into a side widget. I’ll probably have more ideas in the future as well, but for now, that’s what I’d like to do. So a little file_get_contents() and parsing would get me that random content.
