Canada Post Plug in
-
I have also been trying to install and connect the Canada Post plugin that I purchased last night. And the plugin has installed (from what I can tell) fine at the moment, but when I got to connect, I am directed to Canada Post (all fine), I proceed and agree to the terms and conditions, but when it goes to redirect me back to my wordpress site, it leaves me with a blank page and won’t connect. I’ve tried on different browsers and in private view mode.
Also, I have double purchased the plug in by accident, how do I go about getting a refund for the second one?
Thank you,
Julie

Oops! Please disregard my previous (now deleted) reply. My fingers were moving faster than my brain.
Can you please reach out to the Woo team here for assistance with the plugin and a refund of the double purchase?

My apologies again for the incorrect reply earlier.

I’ve pushed the site to live, and deselected ‘debug’, since it was giving me multiple error messages, but at this point now it won’t let a customer select a shipping method. It just says there are no shipping options available, what am I doing wrong?

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching back out.
It sounds like you would need to review how shipping zones are set up on the site.

I hope this helps.
