Hello,
Within the Contact page, I would like to add a form for a cost estimate with several information that the prospect has to fill in.
I want to add several fields with the Radio button option, and I have two major problems :
1/ The ‘title’ of the field and the different options appear in bold. How can I do to have the title in bold but not the options ?
2/ How can I do to let the internet user to tick more than one boxes for one field ? (automatically, we only can choose one option)

1. The only way you can make the item choose not bold, would be to edit the CSS. If you have the premium or business level plan (see https://wordpress.com/pricing/ for details). If you have those plans, let me know and I can provide the CSS code to make those edits.
2. You’ll want to convert your from from Radio Buttons (which only allow users to select one option) to Checkboxes with Multiple Items (which allow users to select as many choices as they wish).

Thanks for your help but the problem here is that I have the basic WordPress for this website so i dont have much solution.
1. I wont be able to do what you told me
2. I have the checkboxes option but not with multiple items. -
The checkboxes option with multiple items is available on the free WordPress plan.
And while I know you’d like to see the form options not be bold, I think your form looks fine with the bold and will still work well if you don’t have a need to upgrade your plan.
Let me know if you have any trouble adding the multiple checkbox option.
