Canape – Formatting issue with Submenu buttons
-

It just needs
list-style: none;:
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @ftc10298,
It can be changed by adding the CSS below to the customizer in My Sites > Customize > CSS:
.main-navigation ul ul { list-style: none; }Adding custom CSS is only possible with a Premium or Business plan.
I’m not sure if the disc list-style is an intentional design choice or something that needs to be fixed in the theme.
I’ve tagged this thread with modlook to bring it to the attention of a member of staff.

Hi –
Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see that your site menu is set up exactly like the demo site at https://wordpress.com/theme/canape.
Which browser were you using for those screen shots? Which device were you viewing the site on?

Hi staff-zinnia,
The discs in the submenu items can be seen when resizing @ftc10298’s site below 768px at http://ftc10298.wordpress.com/
The same thing can be seen in the demo for Canape at https://canapedemo.wordpress.com/

It happens in all browsers.
Is the list-style: disc on submenu items intentional?

Got it now :) This does not look to be intentional. I’ve filed a report for our theme team to take a look and get it fixed up. I will post back here with an update once I have more news.
