CANAPE THEME: Two questions re testimonials / footer widgets

    Hello there!
    I have two issues with the CANAPE theme:

    1. Testimonials

    I would like to remove the “like” button setting on the testimonials. I have unticked the “like” boxes in the sharing section in the back end, but they still seem to come up?

    2. WIDGET – Footer

    For some reason my widgets are not aligning left? They start in the middle of the page. Why? How can I move them over, or centre them? I can add a third widget if need be to centre it. Please kindly advise. Th anks!

    1. Go to Sharing Setting screen: https://racheljacqueline.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing

    Search for WordPress.com Likes are option.

    Select Turned on per post .

    Click Save Changes button at the bottom.

    This will remove Like buttons on your testimonials.

    2. Go to Customizer: https://wordpress.com/customize/racheljacqueline.wordpress.com

    Click on Theme Options (Second menu item from the end).

    Click on Footer.

    Uncheck Show site title and description in the footer.

    Click Save & Publish at the upper right corner of the Customizer.

    This will center your footer widgets. Currently you have chosen to show site title and description in the footer but they are empty. So the place is taken up, pushing your widgets to the right.
