Hi there,
As the theme documentation says:
The Featured Content area displays when your front page is set to show your latest posts
https://wordpress.com/themes/canard/
You cannot prevent the posts from displaying on the Posts page. If you don’t want posts to show on the front page you need to set a static front page, but then it also won’t show the featured content section.

Hi,
in the Canard Demo, there is a Button in the bottom “Older Posts”. How can I implement this on my page? Listing Posts till infinity on my front page is not really an option. -
Please include your blog URL when asking a question. I can go look for it in our system, but I can help you much faster if you provide that info from the start.
Infinite scroll can be disabled via Settings ->Reading in the WP-Admin dashboard, but you have footer widgets enabled on your site, https://theblogcinematic.wordpress.com/, and in that case infinite scroll is disabled automatically.
Your site is set to show up to 10 posts on the front page, not counting the featured post section, so once you add a few more posts the Older Posts button should start showing on your site.
