  It may help if you confirm the website which you are concerned about being charged over though.

  @ tberg081117 I don’t see any sites on this account so I can’t cancel anything.

  If you have a renewal email, can you log out and log in again with that address, so you’ll be logged into the correct account? You can then contact support directly, or cancel on your own under https://wordpress.com/purchases .
