The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com and https://elainehollister.wordpress.com/ is a free site with no upgrades. For what site are you trying to cancel a renewal?
If users post contact information like phone numbers, please tag the thread for staff so we can remove that info. Also, the support doc on cancelling domains has nothing to do with the user’s question, so I’m not sure why you included that.

Thank you for the assist. On the receipt, the blog is listed as happyhollisters.wordpress.com. We would like to cancel the $20 space upgrade charge.

That site, and the space upgrade on it, belongs to a different account, username svensona. Can you please log in as that username and post here to confirm? Then I’d be happy to issue the refund for you. But I need confirmation from the verified owner of the upgrade first.
