  I want to cancel. I can’t figure out how to do it. I don’t want the next year’s money removed from my account. I can’t figure out how to properly use this site and it’s a waste of my time and money.

  Hi there,
  What are you looking to cancel? To view your upgrades, hover over your Gravatar picture when logged in WP, and click “Billing History”. You’ll see an option “Manage purchases”. By clicking this option, you’ll see all your upgrades in all your WP sites. By clicking each option, you’ll find the cancel option as well.
