The Maine Time Trial Series is no longer active. By the looks of it, the website has been pirated as the content is in what appears to be Chinese. We want to cancel but cannot locate the option to cancel by following the instructions. There is no cancel option that I can find in the Upgrade Now section, which is where you are directed to go. Can you please close this account?

The domain, mainettseries.com, is not registered with us. It is connected by a mapping upgrade to the WordPress.com site, http://alisonmtvg.wordpress.com/, but it’s name servers are not pointing to WordPress.com, so it’s not actually displaying that site.
I see that the mapping upgrade had recently renewed. You should still be able to cancel it for a full refund at this point via the purchases page. However, I see that a different account actually owns the upgrade and the blog. You will need to log in as that account in order to cancel the upgrade.

Are you able to provide me with the name of the account that owns the upgrade and blog? I am not able to see that through the log in I am using.

If you go to the Users page in the dashboard, you should be able to see the details of the other user on the site:
