  Cancel and refund my domain and upgrades. I joined today about two hours ago and would like to pursue other options for my business site. I tried to cancel via the manage purchases link, but I keep getting the message that it cannot be refunded. Please help me.

  Go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:

  If that doesn’t work, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
