When I signed up it was a 30 day guarantee. Truthfully… I am not tech savvy enough to do this and we have wordpress through our CRM which is Boomtown. Please cancel my year subscription and issue a refund. Thank you in advance.

What is the URL of the domain?
What is the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL?
Which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL and purchased the upgrade?
Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
Staff need to know the answer to that and I tagged this thread for their assistance. I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there,
I can definitely cancel your premium plan and the domain rockstarteamaz.net, and issue a refund for both.
Regarding rockstarteamaz.net:
So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
Just wanted to give you a heads up!
Let me know if you want to proceed with the cancellation.
Thanks!

Ah – actually saw that the domain is registered elsewhere.
Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for your premium plan and for rockstarteamaz.net, and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care,
-
Thank you I was going to tell you that.
