  Hi there,

  You should be able to cancel all your upgrades from the Purchases page:
  https://wordpress.com/purchases/

  Please note that if you cancel your domain, you give up ownership of it and you might not be able to register it again somewhere else. If you still want to use your domain with another site, let me know and I can give you the instructions to transfer it to another registrar instead.

  Your Google Apps account will still remain active with Google if you cancel it here, so you might still get renewal reminder emails from them. However, your Google Apps email won’t work anymore once you cancel the domain, so make sure you update any accounts using that email address before you cancel the domain.
