  i am trying to contact a real live person to make sure i have just canceled my blog on word press

  I’m a real live person (but a volunteer and not a member of staff) and the site you linked to is still active. Here’s how to set it to private so no-one else can view it.

  You can also completely delete your site but this will be permanent and you won’t be able to use the same address again.
