  How do I cancel a renewal? I go to ‘purchases’ but find no way to cancel there

  This page tells you how to cancel an upgrade:

  If you don’t see the plan/domain you wish to cancel on the “Manage Purchases” page, it usually means that you are not logged in as the username that originally bought the upgrade.
