  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase.

  I do not remember upgrading. I logged in with the username instead of the email. I want to cancel everything and would like to have the $26 refunded to my account.

  I do see any history of a $26 charge under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another account? What is the URL of the domain that you were charged for? I can find the account that way. But, in order to cancel and refund the renewal for you, I need verification of ownership.

  Yes. that is definitely us. However, in order for me to find the charge, I’ll need the domain URL that you were charged for.
