    They renewed and took out $99 and now my bank account is negative. I’m a single mom and I want my money back. I can’t find any number to call so I’m gonna report is as an unauthorized charge since it’s impossible to call this company. Why can’t I talk to someone??!

    The site linked to your name is empty of content. Did you buy an upgraded plan for it a year ago that has now auto-renewed? Or have you another site? If you’re logged in to the correct site you can request a refund from “Manage Purchases”. That might work more smoothly than reporting an unauthorized charge.

    Under purchases it only gives the option to upgrade. I’ve searched all over my settings and can’t find the option to cancel. I would rather go through WordPress but literally have no option to refund or cancel. And the “contact” support only lets me post to forums. It renewed my subscription today but I didn’t want to renew and thought I had set it to not do that. I disputed through PayPal for now since I don’t have the funds to cover the $99. I really wish they had a number to call. So frustrating.

    I’m logged in to the correct account as I only have one. No matter where I look I don’t have options to refund or cancel.

  • It looks like the payment has been reversed via a dispute through Paypal. Once that happens, everything is out of our hands and you are at the mercy of Paypal’s dispute process.

    If you can cancel the dispute, I can process the refund for you.

  • Can you double check to make sure that it has been canceled? We’re still seeing it marked as a dispute on our end.

    Normally you can ‘mark resolved’ on the dispute in your Paypal to close it and allow us to refund. Is that what you did?
