I want to cancel my subscription and cannot find the spot via Purchases and Upgrade. Please help.

It looks like your current domain, rainbowinacloud.wordpress.com, is on the free plan, which does not need a subscription. If you wish to remove this domain, check out this support page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
If you’re referencing a different domain, to cancel your plan, log in, then visit the “Manage Purchases” page found at this link: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Once on your profile’s Manage Purchases page, select the plan you wish to cancel, then click the “Remove” button at the bottom and follow the instructions from there.

Thank you but the site I need help with is mostlylovenow.wordpress.com. It is listed under Jonathan Posternack but linked to my payment info. What can I do to cancel it?

It looks like you’re working under multiple accounts. Are jposternack and ybeltran the same person?
If so, make sure you’re signed in on the account that originally purchased the upgrade, then visit https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. Once there, you will be able to manage all of the purchases and payment options you’ve made on that account.
When you’re on the profile’s Manage Purchases page, select the plan you wish to cancel, then click the “Remove” button at the bottom and follow the instructions from there.
If you just wish to change the payment information on the account, follow the instructions on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/
