    I cancel my account back in December 2016 and I got billed today, can I have my refund please

    Refunds and cancelling upgrades
    There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
    • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
    • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

    To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.

    How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

    Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    There were 2 domains registered to this account which just auto renewed. In order to process a refund I need the payment dispute that you issued to be cancelled. Let me know once you’ve done that and I can process the refund.

    Also, please note that cancelling a domain is forfeiting ownership of it. Do you have any plans to use healthyweightloss.me or healthyweightloss.me again in the future?
