    I had canceled this once before, why am I being charged again????

    Please reverse charges for $66 from Jan. 7, 2022 to my discovercard ending in ****

  • Hey there, I’m actually not seeing a cancellation in the account history.

    I noticed you disputed the charge, though, and our billing team will need to work with you to resolve that. Or if you’re able to cancel the dispute, we can issue a refund.

    One big concern too: when you disputed the charge, that cancelled the domain for you. Cancelled domains can be costly, difficult, and sometimes even impossible to get back. If you’ll need to use the domain again, let us know; we’ll need to act quickly to retrieve that.

  • I checked in with billing: please do let us know if you cancel the chargeback so we can work on the refund. We just aren’t able to refund anything with an open investigation. Thanks!
