  Hello @davidmccombs2015,

  You can cancel eligible upgrades for a refund by going to Personal Settings ⭢ Manage Purchases. Please ensure that you’re logged into the correct account. Just click on each individual upgrade, and the cancel/refund button will be on the bottom of the next screen.

  Please note that refund policy for annual plans is 14-days, while domains are 96-hours, as outlined here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy
