My domaine automatically renewed on the 9th September and today is the 11th September. I have cancelled my domain yet it says I cannot receive a refund. According to your policy, as long as I cancel within 2 days I will receive a refund, which I have. I cannot find anywhere to contact anyone or even send an email so please can you contact me via email to resolve this please.
