  @keegansingh Hi there, I’ve removed the duplicate posts. Thanks for tagging them.

  Sometimes the support form will have a technical hiccup and cause duplicate threads, which are usually within a few minutes or seconds of each other. It’s not something the user has any control over. If the threads are tagged duplicate, they’ll be reviewed and handled as needed. Thanks again for helping out here.
