  Hi there, I checked your account, but I don’t see any purchases, transactions, or billing activity.

  With that said, it looks like you have more than one account here.

  You can use that transaction ID you posted to recover access to the correct account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Once you have access to the correct account, you can cancel and refund the charge at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
