  Cancel my subscription. I did NOT sign up for recurring charges. I signed up for the FREE site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can manage all your WordPress.com purchases on this page. Open that link, look for the WordPress.com plan you are referring to and cancel there. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  Hi, I can see you bought a domain, procastonknitter.com, along with a plan. Domains renew each year. You can cancel them though. It looks like you allowed the domain renewal but then flagged the charge as fraudulent with your bank. Can you fix that so we can refund the charge normally and reset your site to a free site?

  Supernova, I flagged it as fraudulent with PayPal. Strikebuys, that link doesn’t go to the page you’re referring to. I’m doing this on my cell. No where on the site when I click to try to cancel does it allow me to cancel.

  We can’t cancel it properly at this point because of the chargeback with your bank (or card, or in this case, PayPal.)

  Can you close the chargeback so we can help you cancel this the correct way and restore your free site?
