How do I cancel? It says I have existing purchases I need to cancel but all i have is one nonrecurring purchase. i am being charged $99 for a blog on business that is closed.

You should be able to cancel any upgrades yourself apart from a never-expiring Premium theme.

Are you talking about the site listed above that is using the Elemin theme or a different site?
Staff assistance is required to remove Premium themes although the theme could be transferred to a different site if you wished. And remember, deleting the site means your site address will be lost forever. (Personally I would just set the site to private). I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to assist you. Can you return to this thread confirming the site you intend to delete and that you no longer have a use for any Premium theme attached to it (or even saying which site you’d like the theme moved to) and a staff member will oblige. -

I can see that the premium plan was cancelled on the account and that a refund did not automatically trigger. I’ve processed that refund now and it should reach you in about ten days.
Are you trying to delete the site finalroundcsa.wordpress.com? If so, please write back to me as I will need to manually remove the premium theme attached to the site beforehand.
