  I want to cancel this and the other thing I purchased a few days ago through wordpress. How do I do that?

  Hi there,

  I understand that you want to cancel the plan. Is there anything that you’re trying to do and facing issues? If you could let me know here, I may come up with some alternative.

  If you still prefer canceling the plan, here are the steps you can follow,

  Navigate to **My Profile -> Manage Purchase -> Select your plan -> Scroll down and look for CANCEL option.**

  Hi lifewithgentry,

  The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades, which suggests you may have another account. Can you send a link to the site you wish to cancel the upgrades for, so I can see which account they are connected to?
