  I am trying to cancel my site but it indicates I have upgrades. I do not have any upgrades listed.

  Hi there, it looks like you have a Premium theme (Mood) on your above site. Staff can remove that for you but since it is a one-time purchase, if you have another site here they can move the premium theme for you over to that site. Let them know if that is what you’d like to do.
