  Hi I thought I cancelled last year. I’d like to cancel subscription and get a refund.

  cmurphy360.wordpress.com is using the free plan, which means there are no activate upgrades for that site.

  The upgrades for brainyboob.com are owned by another user of the site. Please log out cmurphy360 and log back in as brainyboob — or ask them to do so. Once logged into the correct account, you/they should see the option to cancel from the Manage Purchases page.
