  I just want to cancel, didn’t realize auto-renew was on, I don’t use the domain. I’m ok with a partial refund but I won’t be needing these services ever again. especially after this bullshit. I have been trying to cancel this for a couple hours now. There isn’t a phone number email address anything I can find to contact someone to help me resolve this, which is a little absurd.

  I see you purchased a Premium plan for keorarealtycom.wordpress.com a few days ago but this was later cancelled and refunded.

  You then purchased a Premium plan for keorarealtydotcom.wordpress.com, which is still active on the site. Is the plan on the correct site now?
