  Hi, I was under the impression that I had no more domain names running with you. Suddenly there was money taken of my account. Can you please cancel my hndrdbyhndrx domain name(s)? Thank you

  There are no custom domains owned by the account you are contacting us from, which suggests it was purchased through another account. Can you confirm the full “hndrdbyhndrx” domain you are referring to? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums though.

  You could also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged in to the correct account, the domain should be listed on the Manage Purchases page.
