    I have a different account with you guys, (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have tried countless times reaching out to support off that account but no support screens will load. I need to cancel my $300/yr subscription off that account. Email me there, do whatever you need to do, I need that subscription canceled. It gets renewed on May 27th. I will not be paying that.

    I appreciate the help but I can’t even do anything when I login it just looks like a gray screen and I can’t even click anything. I need to cancel this account but nothing works when I log in.

    Since you contacted us via your basaltrader account, you confirmed ownership. Therefore, I went ahead and disabled auto renew for you upgrades under this account. The Business Plan and mapping subscription will both naturally expire on 6/27 with no charge to your card.
