  Hi,

  You can cancel your WordPress.com account from the bottom of your Account Settings page by selecting Delete your site permanently.

  This deletes all of your sites and content, and prevents you from using your username again. This cannot be reversed so it’s best to be absolutely certain that you want to cancel.

  If you do not see the Delete your site permanently option, you will have an active plan or domain on your account. You can delete this by going to Manage Purchases in your Account Profile.
