But I think I can help you. Your upgrades are under a different account, and I can’t guess what that is without more information from you, nor could I cancel without authorization from that user.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address. Or if you still need help, please let us know the site you’re trying to cancel and we’ll see if we can help you regain access. Thanks!
