    I noticed this morning I was charged for a renewal. This was not authorized. I would like to close this account and be reimbursed for the charge. Please contact me at (redacted phone number).

    Sure thing. I will be happy to evaluate that renewal charge. The account in use here, though, has never made a purchase or a renewal.

    Did you get the email notification about the renewal being processed? If so, sign in to WordPress.com with that email address. It’s the one linked to the right account.

    Otherwise, please let me know which site you were billed for.
