    I canceled my service but i just got charged

    Hi there, I don’t see any charges associated with this account, or any sites, but our billing team can certainly help you with a refund.

    Please use the secure form at wpchrg.com. When you’ve located the correct account, you can reach out to billing.

    You could also try logging out and logging back in as the correct user, then responding here.

    Or if you still need help and can’t locate or log into the right account, could you send the site name?

    How do i reach billing i have a receipt that was emailed to me. But in the physical account when i check it says nothing exists. I went to the form it found the transaction but when i click to go further on my account it says for transaction exist.

    I have rolled back and refunded the Business Plan renewal on your site of $326.63. You should receive that in about ten business days, depending on processing times at your bank.
