  I would like to cancel my account so it does not renew on May 30th

  Please share your site’s address.

  If your site is on WordPress.com and if its an upgraded site, then you will have to cancel your subscription by following below link:
  https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#removing-purchases
  and to close the account, you can do so by following the below link:
  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Please note, this is a permanent action and you won’t be able to use the same username in the future.

  Also, please note that this forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org then check the below link :
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  And if you are indeed talking about a site hosted here you’ll need to log out of this new account and log in to the account associated with your site to reach “manage purchases”.
