  Can you please close my account and refund my charges. I do not use and was not expecting to be billed.

  Of course to close an account and request a refund you’ll need to log out of this new account and log back in to the correct account:

  Thanks folks, yeah — this is a brand new account without any charges on it.

  
  @thepercycrew — can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.

  Or use the account recovery process. Or, if you’re still stuck, please send a link to the site.
