  I have been trying to cancel this account. I don’t use the WordPress product. Please refund my credit card.

  I see you’ve already closed this account.

  The only upgrade you ever bought from us was a premium plan in May 2019. That upgrade expired in May 2020 and was removed from your account, and is no longer eligible for a refund.

  If you have a more recent purchase under a different account, please log in as that account and open a new support request for help cancelling that.
