I ordered the $99 package and it read that I can cancel within 30 days. I just tried to cancel as I was not happy with this package and now it is saying that I will not get a refund. I am very unhappy about this as it was not clear when signing up or I would have never tried this package.
I am a new user to wordpress and this experience has made me very unhappy. Please cancel and refund my purchase.

Thank you but I actually tried to close this out cause I realized how to use the system better. I was hoping to get my domain back and setup account again. Is this possible? When I go to Manage Domain it say that I have to contact support to redo it.

I have contacted our registrar partner to see if we can recover your domain without any additional fees.

Thank you! I tried to use that registrar and their system was very difficult. I re-instated my upgraded account so hopefully this is easy.

I tried setting theprettyui.com as my main domain but when I put in the URL in my browser it wasn’t working. Can you please check?

It looks like the nameservers are no longer pointed to us, which probably happened during cancellation.
You can change your nameservers following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers
They should be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
