What do you want to cancel? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t currently own any upgrades.
I see you used to own a premium plan which renewed on 22 June, but you cancelled that and we issued a full refund on 23 June. You can view the receipts for those transactions at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
If you haven’t received that refund yet, please contact your bank directly for help – once we process the refund we don’t control what happens from there, as that’s controlled by your bank themselves.
